Maybe! I've never done landscape or the outsides of buildings, before. I'd like to, but I'm nervous. Also, I worry about being asked to commit to too much, since I have real world responsibilities (like most, if not all, of us).

I'm kind of thinking desert would be fun. I have lots of desert-y colors just begging to finally get used. ;)

I wouldn't be too worried about having to "commit" too much. I think this is just going to be a fun thing, and if you don't have time to participate in every build challenge, no big deal. We would love to have someone with your creative skills involved as a part of this, even if it's not on a regular basis :)

I have both a Falcon and a Rebel army, complete with backstory and everything, so I'm pretty much ready to go! I am definately IN! :D

EDIT: My rebel army is an army centered around horses and horse mastery, so naturally they would occupy grassy plains, steppes and mountain valleys. The Falcons could be placed in any central-European type landscape, like forrests, mountains etc.

We'll need to have regions that can offer both, since I don't think we want to allow entries to come from multiple regions from the same person, in the name of competition.

I picked "Somewhat interested". I am 90% on-board but I just want to see some of the finer details worked out, e.g. What are the rules? What factions are included? How often are MOCs going to be expected?

I am committed with the GoH but I should be able to be involved in both.

I'd like to do something a bit different - either an Oriental mountain faction or a Mesoamerican swamp faction.

For those that are concerned on time constraints, I think we need to clarify or make known that no one is responsible to enter every time or have 50,000 bricks to build castles on a 216x216 baseplate. I think what worked well over in GoH, is that each faction has many members, so if some don't compete in a certain challenge, there are others in that same faction that still do. Also, I think that for build challenges they should be on a smaller scale that allows all to compete, and the free builds/story building(city building) can be any size and submitted at any time. As far as how often, so far on GoH they are going with about 1 challenge every 2 months. That gives everyone time to build, plan and play around with other stuff and deal with Real Life!

Exactly what I was thinking. I've been a Mitgardian for only a couple of days and I already like the relaxed flow of things. :lol:

I voted Maybe Interested, and have no clue where I would like to build. I guess I would wait for some more descriptions of the fractions.

So far we have 20 people who most likely will participate, and 3 who might. I'll update the first post with more details to see if we can drum up some more interest :)
