Is this still going?

It's a slow roleplay, but yeah, I'd say it's still going. It's been inactive for far longer periods than that between my most recent post and today's date.

Is there any kind of map or something to go with this RPG? Cause I'm new and I have no idea where anything is!

Well, they haven't been updated in a long while, but here are the two maps:
The one I made (a mock-up):

And Amanda's (Lamanda2):

If you're planning on joining, please read all the posts in this thread and the one linked below:

Once you have read both threads, create a character and start posting.

Thanks! But I was wondering, I already know most of the characters, but could I just be told the main events that have happened instead of reading the whole thing? Or would you prefer that I read the whole thing?
Anyway, here is my entry thing.
Character's Name: Rolyn the Able
Character's Age: 21
Character's Background: Rolyn's father was a great Viking chief but after many years his village grew to large and had to split for sake of space and resources. His son Marcus was of a good age and had an adventurus spirit! He was given the privillage to take some young families looking for new lives and some Viking troops to start his own village to the South.
Character's Faction: Vikings
Character's Place in Hierarchy: Young Chieftan
Character's Equipment: He has the gleaming sword "Dermholn" a Viking buckler he wears on his back and a dagger.
Other Information: He has an adventurus nature with a toutch of wit, but over all simple in speach.
Character's Looks: As a minifig, he has the unbearded serious Viking face (if you know it), the dark blue Viking shirt, dark blue pants. A horned helm, one of those old silver swords, and a brown cape.
Here is his new village:

Yes, we would prefer that you read everything. It is actually not at all very much, and if this RP comes out of its stagnant state there will be a lot more for you to read so think of it as practice
Oh, and not to be like that but Marcus doesn't sound very much like a Viking to me (much more like a Black Knight in fact). You could try to look up some old Norse/Scandinavian names for inspiration...

I know, I went a little brain dead and couldn't think of anything. I havn't really figured out what a makes a Norse name sound... Norsey! I'll edit it soon.
EDIT: Rolyn, stinks but it's a little better. Meh...

As your village seems to be in the Bull lands, which are themselves a part of Lewgalad, you might want to make Rolyn visit the local lord, or maybe even King Leo, and ask permission for him to build the village there. I would be happy to write the post myself, but I don't have any idea of Rolyn's personality.
Anyway, I really need a to do a post.... Hmm. Quolde seems to be the longest inactive.

Okay, the Bulls, what side are they on really? Are they good bad or just kinda mean? I seem to think of them as cruel, because they were fighting the KK1, but I'm not sure how it goes in this story.
I'm a little over half way done with reading the thread.

Well, as I was the first one to post a Bull character, and since I rather like them, I made them Good. That is to say, they're part of Lewgalad, which is KK1; and along with the rest of that kingdom, they're allied with the Black Falcons and the Black Knights. Most people who've posted so far have made those two factions 'good', so I guess you'd say the Bulls are good too (by the way, all of these factions are on good terms with the Forestmen, a classic 'good guy' group). But like all real kingdoms/countries, not everyone in a certain faction thinks the same way.
An example would be Sir Kohran's character, Galdrutt. At the start of the roleplay, he was working for the Crusaders, who were at war with KK1. We later find out that the Crusaders use Necromancers in their army
(ref). This makes them seem evil, but Galdrutt seems to be good. Then again, he was only
working for them, and was not a part of their regular army.
Anyway, sorry for this rather long answer to your post. I'm still trying to figure some things out myself, and compiling this post helped me make more sense of it all.
In short, yes, the Bulls are good.

I think of the bulls as mostly good, but with a slightly savage, harsh streak, as if they would fight honourably but then execute their prisoners.
And yes, I am alive and I will post again soon. Thanks for staying with this guys.

Heh, well then I guess Galf is lucky the dwarf helped him escape from the dungeon in Leonopolis! (I'd say that maybe the prisons in Lewgalad are run by men from the Bull territory.)

P.S. Man, I really need to write an RP post....

Yeah making them good but harsh sounds best to me thanks! Now all I gotta do is finish reading! At least I'm on page 5!
