I would like to see a new darker version of the Fright Knights.

I've left Castle subthemes like Ninja and Vikings off the list. There's a limit of ten options too, so KK2 has been omitted. If you want to shout at me for leaving it off and declare your undying love for the theme in the process, go for it.

But yah, great topic... i voted for Black Knights because the greatest aspect of this faction was its realism.

To me, they always represented the truest form of historically accurate medieval knights.
Just simple, pure-hardened metal, with original dark grey body armor and the initial useage of the perfect visor!

The new Castle sets are wonderfully awesome, but they're so shiny and clean, and lay within more of a fantasy realm, like Camelot!

Black Knights have always been the choice for me, and i if could go back in time one of my objectives would be to procure Hundreds of this set:

I had to put kk1. Argue with me if you want but I'm not changing my mind although black falcons come in a close 2nd.

I'd say more wolfpack there are only a few torso's of them
I love forestmen but I already have 100 of them :/

I said Black Falcons, but it's pretty much a tie with the Forestmen for me. But hey, I'd be happy seeing any of the true classics make a comeback!

true it ashame they have the new stuff, I like the new orcs thats an improvement, but I dont really like the new knights WAY to shiny, go back to the classic stuff

Altough I must say the new peasants aren't bad and the girls of the market place aren't bad at all to

I would have the Bull Knights make a gallant return from the ages of past. They were my favorite knights.

I voted for black falcons, but i would also like black knights back.

I'd love to see Forestmen and Black Falcons come back. Besides the Crown, those are my favorite castle factions.

The Royal Knights aren't to bad either, I really like the sheilds from them.

I would bring back lion knights because they have the original feel of Castle. Although you could say that the modern day version of them are crownies but I prefer Lion knight sets to Crownies. If I had to choose another though it would be Dragon masters because I liked the fantasty feel that the Dargon Masters gave of from Majisto who in my opinion was the best way to go for Lego and they should create more wizard sets. I think they should give Crownies the feel of Lion Knights although castle is in the regeneration process after knights kingdom, which I liked but didnt like as much as sets befor the millenium.

Well, the classics are just that; classic. They're well liked because of nostalgia, the simplicity, and the parts selection. Personally, I think modern sets are more fun in general. More variety in parts and figs, and overall seem to have more thought put into them. I think the dwarve's mine set is one of the best I've ever purchased, for example.

On topic, I'd like to see more fright nights with a modern take, with the current level of detail on minifigs and the original line had a lot of interesting elements to it (plastic and otherwise). I think it would go great with the recent skeleton army stuff as well.

It's just gotta be Forestmen.

Hi 'n' stuff

For me, it would have to be forestmen. I spent many long hours of my childhood playing Robin Hood with my "Forest Guys!" I would also like to seem them freshened up before a rerelease (not that it will ever happen.) I always thought they should have had something along the lines of a treehouse (anybody remember the tree homes in Robin Hood POT?) to go with the hideouts.

Of course new factions would also be nice. I've always secretly hoped for Atlantis!
