Check out what I just found at eurobricks:

Here is the official announcement at lugnet:

Looks like a great set.

Can you buy it or did someone make it? I have always had a problem with www.lego.com . It looks like a neat set.

Since its numbered (10190), I assume it will be available for sale, just like the Cafe Corner.

Good lord you hit it on the head. What with the $500 Falcon leading the charge (Amex, Visa or MC? )...

Ugh, this is too cool. I got Café Corner for my birthday last month, but I think I'll have to buy this for myself. How will I ever afford the new Castle stuff!?

What, does lego think we're made of money?
This new Market Street set will look nice next to my Cafe Corner.

Also include the yet to be released 4954 Creator House #3:
http://brickset.com/detail.aspx?Set=4954-1

And the current one (creator house #2) that I have yet to get:

If TLG keeps releasing sets like these, I'll be able to put together a nice modern city!

Another great set. The colour scheme puts it behind Cafe Corner in my books, but this is not to say that this isn't one of the many examples of LEGO turning over a new page and bringing some great sets in this year. (Must resist the temptation to buy... )

Crikey!!! I won't be able to keep ANY dough in my pockets this year. It's a good thing summer's coming soon. (back to workin' the fire line = $ for SOME of the sets I want...)

This looks like a superb set. The color scheme is fantastic alone, not to mention the food, modularity, figs, and so much more. I wish there were better pics.

On that note, does anyone still have a link to that one site where we first saw the rumors of these modular sets (cafe corner, etc)? I think I remember seeing 'this' 'set' there too...

For the love of god, why does everything good citywise have to come out in the same year. Especially the same year that I start going to college and will be totally strapped for cash  Oh well, maybe I can get enough money together to get this set when it comes out.
