Let me add my congratulations to Maedhros as well. I have always found his posts to be respectful, useful, intelligent, and a whole host of other positive descriptions that I cannot quite come up with at the moment. I'm sure he'll be an excellent Mod.
(And, just to be clear, I also think this is true of all our other moderators as well. My praise is certainly not meant to be by comparison.)
