The First Medieval Space Project
The First Medieval Space Project
Well, not the first in fact. Elephant Knight was a litter quicker. But, when I was starting with building I thought it's the first.
It is made for Job Mullers contest.

It's a 'Minifig Mummy Headdress' http://peeron.com/inv/parts/x177. The only one part I have is damaged so I modified it slightly.Brik Masta wrote:What piece did you use for the chicken's body?
Pardon me if I did this in the wrong place the first time. I posted praise in the Contest thread. Perhaps that's a no-no. I'm unfamiliar with how things work around here. Perhaps some nice member can school me.
Anyway, I think this is brilliant. It made me laugh out loud. I think it's the expression on the would-be-astronaut's face. You captured the humor and timing perfectly. Nice bird too!

Hey,
Usually the contest thread is more for just entries and not discussion of them. People tend to start a separate thread for their entry and people comment in that. No harm to have a few comments in the contest thread, though.

As Bruce said, no worries about the contest thread. Personally I don't mind it being there, and there is nothing against it as such (and it's my thread so puh!).Hinckley wrote:Pardon me if I did this in the wrong place the first time. The only reason why I'd say you're better off posting in this thread is to be sure the builder reads your praise, as this thread is where he'll be expecting comments on his MOC.
Between plotting to kill you all and chasing balls of yarn, I also build MOCs
