Inside an old Queen's outpost, Gavin's band practices and rests after the exhausting but successful battle against Maldrake, the wizard. They lost their elvish archer, which was a blow to them. He was their most agile fighter after the loss of their assassin, and their best bowman. Now it was up to Joseph alone to provide support during fights. So Gavin began to train Joseph to become a better archer. Day after day they spent hours outside in the yard. Joseph made great strides. Soon he would be one of the best archers in the entire Outlaw lands.

My (probably) only entry to the CCC XII. I started this on the 1st of November and only just finished it today. I might end up making one or two more things, but who knows.

Very nice! The wall could use a bit more detail, but the building looks great!

Very good job on this build Josiah.
This gives the feel of a more realistic medieval MOC. The wall is detailed subtly which I find is a nice change, very simple yet effective. The crawling vines add some nice touch and colour. The inside details are great, I love the stairway leading up to the building you worked out some very nice angles. The rockwork is good and the building itself has a nice tattered appearance. Keep it up man, you are really becoming a great castle MOCer!
Happy Building,
Sir Valiant~

I was on the fence about the wall details, but in the end (obviously

) I went with a more realistic feel as opposed to a more artistic feel I think. Thanks man!
