This set is a real winner. I really enjoyed the build, well paced, only the tree got a bit monotonous...but otherwise very efficient steps. I learned a few new techniques and will use them and some design elements from this in my castle kingdom. I bought a second one to part out - obviously a fantastic set for castle builders.

I hope Lego learns from the early success of this set and gives us a large AFOL focused medieval set each year. I could live without a full time castle theme if they pump 1 or 2 sets out like this every year.

I hope the 3 in 1 castle later in the summer is another strong set...

At this point it is just an unconfirmed rumor. As far as I can tell, a Spanish store briefly had a list of upcoming products on their wibsite for summer 2021 and listed a LEGO 3-in-1 Creator Castle. There were no pictures on that store's website and no official word from LEGO yet. There was speculation, though this could be just people's hopes and dreams, that it could be a $100 large set at a similar size and quality as last years 3-in-1 pirate ship. I don't know if the Spanish store listed a price point.

I'm late to the party, but no one posted pics, so here you go. It's now available for $150. Nice looking set. Good parts and figs. I like that tree. Light-up element for the forge. Levels lift off to access the interior. Black Falcons! Nice use of those Nexo tiles as roof shingles.

Is it $150 USD or AUD? Cool set anyway. Looking at the parts list, there are some really expensive pieces, like those tan Brick, Modified 1 x 2 with Masonry Profile (Brick Profile)
I'd really love to buy this set but I only have a student budget so I can't spend that much money on a set.

Also another thing I noticed that the new blacksmith set is already out of stock on the LEGO site. A lot of people must want it.

Have fun building, Ludzik

Sorry, I should have been clearer. It is US$150. I'm not sure what the price is in other countries.

They did release that set and I've seen it at Lego stores. I think it has been released. :)

Bruce was just posting a picture of the Pirate 3 in 1 release last year as an example of what the Castle set could potentially resemble in size/scope of build if it follows that formula.

I built mine the day it released such a great set. Wonderful techniques. The tree is great. I like how you can access the interior. The bearskin rug on the top floor is a neat idea. The figs are great, love the new black falcon torso's and legs. I hope the 3in1 castle creator set looks good pics should be coming soon for that as the 3in1 set releases in June.

If you'd like more information or my opinions on the set, I've written a detailed review of 21325 Medieval Blacksmith.
In 21325 Medieval Blacksmith, LEGO sells an AFOL-quality castle MOC as a set.

I received my set, and got around to building it a week or two ago. It's a nice set, but I have very major issue with it:

It's so out of scale with every other castle set ever produced. It's the size of some of the larger castles, maybe not in footprint, but it's big. It towers over some of the smaller castles, life Black Falcon's Fortress. It made me not enjoy the set as much as I thought it would. It's a lovely set, just don't display it next to the rest of your castle sets.

It's not what you say it's how you say it.

How does it compare in size to 3739 Blacksmith Shop?

I tried to scale it roughly, but kongutahu's link gives a nice 3D veiw.

I've got a table of size (in studs) that I cannot copy here since the formatting doesn't allow tables.

Yeah I agree unless you have a big custom castle
