Medieval dragon battle

Post by minoboys »

This is my entry for the Battle category of the CCC XIX! The Crowns and the Red Lions have banned together to get rid of a common foe. One that continually raids their villages and scatters their flocks. But will they succeed?
Some say that dinosaurs roamed the earth millions of years before man. But this doesn't explain all the tales of dragons from all over the world and the drawings of them, made before people began to dig up fossils. Though the tales of dragons were probably exaggerated by the constant retelling by word of mouth, they were inspired by very real animals.
"It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image" Arrgh! Here's the link to photos:

Maybe you should get someone to fix the image problem :?

Nice to see the Crownies and the Lions team up!
Very nice minifig posing, and beutiful terrain too. Using a dino as a dragon is an interesting idea too!

I agree, the 'teaming up' is a great idea and is clear in the MOC. Great job on the water.

I really like the idea behind this.

My favorite part of the landscaping is the riffles of the small waterfall in the creek. I'd rather see a brick-built dragon (or dinosaur), but I understand the time constraints of the CCC don't always allow us to build everything we'd like to!

Thanks ak brickster. Very appreciated. Yeah, I had just bought a large bulk lot of lego online and it had the dinosaur in it so I was eager to put it in a moc.
