"The Golden Key" MOC series

Post by Bryckland »

Hi everyone,

I've started a MOC series with 20 episodes planned, I thought this would be a cool way to build on a regular basis and try new techniques!

Episode 1 • Ektor the Humble

Summary: Meet Ektor, a fisherman from Lackberg.

Episode 2 • An Unexpected Trade

Summary: At the market, an old man gives Ektor a golden key to pay for his fish.

Episode 3 • Musa The Traveller

Summary: Musa tells Ektor that the golden key bears the seal of the Emerald Bank - a bank on the island of Nedhambar.

Episode 4 • The Sound of Leaves

Summary: Musa and Ektor leave Lackberg and start their journey to the island of Nedhambar.

More to come!

Great idea and wonderful MOCs.

The first episode MOC is my favorite. Great job using many non-right angles, especially in the roof and dock. The color selection is terrific.

I like the size of the second MOC and episodes 3 and 4 are great vignettes.

I look forward to seeing the rest.

Really nice series MOCs thus far.

I really like the dock with the various buildings, but the hut is also nicely done.
