LEGO Stores

Post by Cat »

I thought I had heard of a store of some kind in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Can anyone verify if there is LEGO store there? I will be driving to FL next week and want to stop in if there is one.

I've never been there, but I found directions to it on Lego.com. Here is the link:

There is also one in Orlando, Florida at Disney.

Hope it helps,

Hmmm. It looks like the second store in Atlanta, the one that was located in the North Georgia Premium Outlets has closed. :( That was the one I used to drive to when I was in graduate school in South Carolina. I still remember my afternoon run (about a 2.5 hour drive each way) to get my Star Destroyer.
Hoping to have a witty signature and cool avatar one day.

By the way, I heard that there were some new LEGO stores opening. Any word on this yet?

Eh indeed, ed. Eh indeed.

The nearest one is over four hours away... and I'm dying to get a local PAB.

Four hours away? You're lucky. I'd have to take a plane to get to one. Well, I wouldn't have to, but they're all several days away in my car.

You're still luckier than me, Dragonlord! The closest ones to me are in California and Colorado. I'd gladly make the trip, but I still rely on family vacations to have PaB on the way (which has never happened).... And let's face it, we Utahns don't really get out much. But if Lego opens more PaB stores, they'd better not be in California! Cali already has several....

Is there a way to request a store to open? How do they determine on where to open one?

I checked the lego store locator and theres none in my state of Ohio.
Even though Ohio is like the 5th most populated state in the U.S.
And why the heck does Colorado have one?

Yeah. Texas is the second biggest state in size and population, but still no LEGO store. :?
