Anyone else have PM's vanish, or never appear?

I just logged into my email, which included a message stating that I have a new PM on these boards.

I logged on here a minute later, and my inbox is empty- I'm new and have never gotten a PM.

So what happened? Do messages vanish around here, or is there a glitch I am unaware of?

I sent you a PM about the post you accidentally made a topic, and then I deleted it when I saw that you'd fixed that. I guess I should've sent you another saying nevermind instead.

Just a friendly side-note. I have personally not recieved a PM, so I couldn't really answer whether it really works, I just have to assume that it does.
