many of you have seen my other post about selling my Lego collection. i finally got around to getting fresh pictures taken and found some additional pieces and instructions.
there are 43 sets total. the details are in the auction, but i can tell you there are 10 (+2) Castle sets, 13(+1) Pirate sets, 14 Generic, 3 Technic, 1 Model Team, and 2 Paradisa sets, plus additional minifigs and a few pounds of pieces.

all the pictures are found here..... http://s153.photobucket.com/albums/s209/EbayLego/

Sweet mother... The array of sets there is unbelievable, especially the castle and pirate sets. I'll try to bid, but it's unlikely, since I'm MOCing now. Still, just posting to say good luck, and hope you make some money off of these.

Too bad you didn't make several auctions, on of each theme of sets. That would probably have netted you more, as well as appealing to those of us who collect only particular themes.

I agree. I would've been able to give you a decent price on the Pirates. I placed my bid, but I know it won't last.

It's a fantastic auction certainly, but one that's out of the price range of a poor student like me.

Out of interest, what's your reserve?

well, i did consider breaking them up into different auctions, but i just figured i'd go this route first and see how it does. maybe take a little cut, but make up for it in simplicity. if it doesn't work out, i'll repost them split up.
i think i'll leave the reserve under raps for now. i'm going to get a better idea for things once i see where this has the potential of going. i will say, i think it is reasonable from what i have gathered from what you guys have previously said.

Would you consider shipping to Canada?

Dang it, you sold it all as one lot. :? It will end up way to much for me.

i'd ship to canada no problem...just need to get an idea of what the extra shipping costs would be. the reason the initial cost is so high is because they weight quite a bit all together and the boxes are so big they will require a large box to ship. shoot me a zip code or whatever i need to research the shipping costs.

yeah, i decided to go with it in all once auction. we'll see how it goes.

i have had a couple people ask if i will ship to Canada. i will be more than happy to ship to Canada as long as i reach my reserve auction price. so in effect, yes i will ship to Canada. i didn't include that from the beginning because i was not sure what the cost would be.

I do think it is a little expensive. I think its worth more $270. 345 is a bit much. Although I do have some interest.

you think $345 is too much? i guess from what i have seen, i should be able to get quite a few hundred if i wsa just selling the pirate ships alone. i dunno.

i appreciate your bids though.
