6062 Reimagined
This is the only classic castle era set I own and also the first castle set I acquired so this was the first thing that came to mind for this category. All doors/trapdoor open, the wall sections can be hinged to form a complete fortress, the battering ram works the same way as the one in the set and can open the doors, and all floors of the tower can be accessed. It has 7 figs and lots of extra accesories.

Forest in Mitgardia
Just a peaceful scene of life in a forest.

I bought my little brother some leaves for his birthday (about a week before Christmas) and he got me some and some forestmen for Christmas, also I received a PAB cup with the red flowers and some grass. So we did this together to use the new pieces.

Gothic Cathedral
When I saw this category the first thing that came to mind was a section of a Gothic cathedral with the flying buttresses and stained glass windows.
Now I wish I had enough for the whole cathedral :)
