A lightning bolt struck Stephen Miller's mill...

...so he has to flee, with the last two crates of flour on the small carriage, pulled by his two goats.

The lightning bolt was so powerful that even the head gear of the mill's fixtures got knocked off balance and is now protruding from the whole in the roof - under some flames. A part of the roof already fell to the ground surrounding the mill, burned beyond recognition. Also, the top ring of the windmill's blades dropped down. Pretty soon, the whole roof will collapse.

Let's hope that our stud Stephen has more luck in the future...

By the Fence

Every morning I ran to the old farm fence. My legs on fire, my heart pounding. I'd always hope to find her waiting on the other side. So quiet, quirky, and that funky smell of hers.

Each step felt like forever. I'd search and search through the rustling leaves. Always to return to that same spot. Would she be there today?

From between the bushes, something jumped. A wave of relief and joy washed over me. I couldn't let her know, but my emotions would always betray me, surging and wagging whenever she appeared.

We'd share our moment by the fence. And tomorrow, when I return, I know she'll be there too.

Castle Pumpkin Farm

After a castle has been abandoned for many years, left to the elements, the vines have grown over it and the birds have started using it for nesting. However, the castle's story is not over.

A poor farmer and his family have settled in the castle, growing pumpkins in their paddocks.

As per the guidelines, no tiles nor curved slopes were used in this build.

Edo Castle

Edo Castle was originally constructed in 1457 by Ota Dokan. It is located in present-day Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, and is also known as Chiyoda Castle. This is a scaled replica of the castle. A photograph of the castle is located in the project folder for comparison.

Monastry

In the Middle Ages, Christianity played a major role in the West. So in a medieval game, the monastery cannot be missing either.

No tiles, no curved slopes. Fortunately, there was no ban on cheeseslopes, in which case things would have got a bit trickier.
