Chapter 38: Black Knights On The March

You could hear cheering through the walls as King Sirion of the Black Knights and his followers talked and ate. There was much merry-making, for they just destroyed and captured six hundred Black Falcons wondering around their borders.
But the party was soon interrupted by a soldier running into the room. He walked next to the king and put his hand to the side of his mouth so only the king heard. The Sirion stood up. All the knights in the room could tell by his face that their king was shocked.
“Knights, let us move to the war chambers!” he cried.
All the knights stood up and walked out of the room leaving there food to be eaten by the rats.
When they got to the room, Sirion slowly sat down in his chair.
“Men, it seems our allies are fighting an enemy they cannot beaten. The Forestmen countryside is ablaze.” he informed them all.
All of the Black Knights began to talk among themselves.
       “Is this true?”
“Should we care for what happens to the Forestdwellers?”
“I say we let them handle it on their own.”
       “Aye.”
“Stop your chatter!” Sirion spoke out, and they all stopped.
“I know what it is you are all wondering, and I know we haven’t spoke with the Forestdwellers in sixteen years. Heh, I wonder if we are even allies…but that doesn’t excuse us from not helping them!”
Most of the knights nodded while the others looked away.
“Tomorrow, I want supplies and a army of three thousand ready to go by morning!”
“But sir, that means we will need the two thousand hidden troops near the Black Falcon border.” one of the knights spoke up.
“Indeed it does, send out riders tonight to warn them of my coming. This meeting is now dismissed.”
All of the knights left the room, some sighing, others speechless at the command that King Sirion had just given them.

It was morning, Sirion was on his horse inspecting his army, riding back and forth looking at each man in the eye.
“Men, it seems our allies and all of Dametreos is falling...” he cried out suddenly.
“SIR!” a solder cried, running up to Sirion.
“What is it boy?” Sirion snapped. He wasn’t happy that he was interrupted while giving a speech to his men.
“The Black Falcons are attacking the Royals and have also destroyed a small army of Black Knights in a village three miles from the Black Falcon border!”
       “Megablocks. Raderic!”
       “Yes sir!”
“Give out the orders to march!”
       “Yes my lord!”
Sirion left the court yard and headed for a mountain while two other Knights followed. Eventually, the gallop of his horse slowed as he came to an entrance to a cave.
“You two, follow me.” ordered Sirion.
“Yes sir,” both knights replied, then one asked, “If I may ask Milord, what are we doing in this cave?”
“I’m here to greet a old friend, and to ask for his help.”
They turned a corner and entered a room full of gold armor. But this armor was for no man.
“Megablocks, that’s a lot of gold, Milord!”
“Indeed it is, wait here. Oh, and while you are waiting take that armor off of it’s shelves.”
       “Yes sir!”
Both men started to take the armor off of the shelves very carefully.
Sirion came to a huge door. He put his hand to his neck and ripped off a key chain that was on his neck.
“Ah, my old friend, let us hope you wake easy…” Sirion said to himself.
He put the key in the door, and slowly turned it. The door opened, revealing a sleeping dragon.
“Ahh yes, my old friend Beleriand. Wake, for it is time to make haste to the Forestdwellers.”
One of the dragons eyes opened. It slowly got up and looked Sirion in the face.
“What is it you ask of me, master?” the dragon said in a low voice.
“I must hasten my men to the Black Falcon border and also speak with the Forestmen.”
Sirion and the dragon walked into the main cave and the two knights dropped the gold armor.
“WHAT THE TYCO BUILDIT MEGABLOCKS IS THAT?” one of the knights screamed.
“Heh, this is a old friend of mine. Come, we must be making haste, so put on his armor.”
Both knights looked at each other.
“Of all the tales of have heard as a child I would have never thought one of them would be true!”
Soon, the knights had successfully put all of the dragon’s armor on and Sirion slowly climbed onto the dragon.
“This armor will slow me down, Sirion.” the dragon muttered.
“It is alright, my friend, you will find that you shall need it.” Sirion replied.
Sirion looked at the two knights as they stared at all the gold armor on the dragon.
“You two, when you get back to the castle, tell Raderic to sound the golden horn.”
Both of the knights eyes widened.
“That horn hasn’t been used in over a hundred years, my lord!”
“We need every soldier to take up arms once again to defend their own land, now make haste!” replied Sirion, and both men ran out of the cave to their horses.
“Now my old friend, to my men by the Falcon borders!”
“I am happy to serve you once again, my lord.”
       “Now Beleriand, make haste.”
The dragon launched itself from the ground and shot upward. The dragon’s armor was so bright from the moon shining on it that anybody miles away could see it coming.

It had been over three hours since they left the cave. In the distance, they saw a huge battle going on.
“What the tyco is that?” Sirion cried.
“Dragons are attacking Classic LEGOland!” Beleriand replied.
“This doesn’t look good. Beleriand, take me to Drullen Bell Keep!”
