LEGO string
Hello, I have 4 older sets with drawbridges, and without the original black string, over years, just got cut up and thrown away. I had over time subtituded thin sewing thread. I'd like to get the thicker original lego rope for these sets, couldn't find anything on bricklink, if it's there i missed i...

Re: LOTR and the hobbit lego
Ha! Sweet. I haven't build or purchased any LEGO in years now. This is joining two very cool things. Surprised to see so many on the fence about this, 5 or 6 years ago everyone would be pooping themselves. Hopefully a lot of time and thought goes into planning these sets. Just hoping they turn out g...

Re: Selling off my bulk
Gona throw out a trade option here. If you have a super nintendo in excellent working condition and would like to trade for LEGO, PM me and we can discuss what would be a fair trade.

Re: Selling off my bulk
Okay, lot #1. Start off with the old. The picture is pretty detailed. Grey helms(one has a small red mark on it, may come off, didn't attempt to) and armor from the yellow castle...even a green helmet and others. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Cyin/sell/001.jpg If you're interested, $25 sound fair?

Selling off my bulk
Hello, I've decided to sell a lot of my collection(Bulk bricks/pieces/minifigs). Just don;t have the time I use to, and when I eventually have the time... I will probably be to old to care :) . I don't think I can part with my old classic castle sets yet. I got some sets posted(brickshelf), if someo...

Re: Colossal Castle Contest 8: Winning Entries!
A couple of years ago I stumbled upon the wining entries of this contest and I was really impressed by what I saw, it was from looking at these that made me get into moccing. So its a great honor to win Masterbuilder and join the ranks of the other great builders who have won it. I had a great time...

Medieval Home
Hi, After building this, I came to thinking what kind of person could have owned a house like this. Maybe to elaborate for a peasant and not enought for higher classes. Maybe a well to do soldier. This character would be long retired and now sits out side his home livivng the remainder of his days p...

Glad you like. I will try flooding the room with a huge fight and take a shot. Played the newer versions as well as the old again, does seem more difficult but I suspect my patience isn't there any longer. The opening theme music is unforgettable. I've been trying to arrange it for classical g...

Defender Of The Crown Scenes
Hi,
Here's a scene from an old classic.
When moderated
Actual game play scene.
I attempted to mimic the lighting as well.
Clear pic.
Cheers

A few steps back should help it focus, if your using a small handheld. Flash can be unattractive but poor lighting can cause blur - the cameras shutter has to remain open longer to take in light thus if you don't have a steady hand - blur. I would suggest getting a tripod or a stronger light source....

The intersecting roof pieces, I got them on brick link. Here's the Gatehouse, similar to my old one.

Hi,
I'll be sticking with the black and white, rather then white beams - it was suggested earlier that white beams didn;t mix so well, and I agree.
Heres the next part:
Ye olde Inn
And some of the modular structures
together
