Defender Of The Crown Scenes
Defender Of The Crown Scenes
Hi,
Here's a scene from an old classic.
When moderated
Actual game play scene.
I attempted to mimic the lighting as well.
Clear pic.
Cheers

fond memories
sweet job! you captured that scene perfectly... I have fond memories of the original DotC.
I get my nostalgia fix with the flash version from time to time:

I sense an idea for a contest: Best Lego rendition of a selection of scenes - from movies, books, video games, etc.CAI wrote:Hi,

Nicely done.

I agree with fox. You did an excellent job capturing the scene. It would be interesting to see you try and do a larger battle on this.

It's an old game that I used to spend way to much time on when I was younger.Sir Brithead wrote:Simple yet awesome. Dont know what DOTC is but the interior inspires me to do one.

The scene you've created is great! It really looks the raiding of the old tower - you seem to have almost every detail down well in this creation. The walls and the railings stood out to me the most for some reason - I know they aren't the feature of the MOC, but for some reason I just liked those the most.
On a side note, your MOC and the link has had me playing different versions of DOTC for the last two days!

Glad you like. I will try flooding the room with a huge fight and take a shot. Played the newer versions as well as the old again, does seem more difficult but I suspect my patience isn't there any longer.
The opening theme music is unforgettable. I've been trying to arrange it for classical guitar, got some of it so far. Heres another scene, the tax thieves.
