I always thank that the connection between 1/3 plate to baseplate wasn't intelligent. I prefer the 1/3 plate solution. To resolve my problem, I made a 6080 with green plates instead of baseplate. I'll try one day to make a 6085 with plate too.

This set is not as great as 6055 for me. I think there is too much horse in 6055 however, and not enough for 6042. 2 horse cart could have been good in both set 6042 and 6055.

The color are nice, and the design is original.
I like it.

It's a nice set, but far from a great one. Pieces in this set are useful, except that there is again another ghost. TLC put a ghost in almost every sets between 1990 and 1993. They are not very useful. This is fun to have at least one, but not in all set.

I agree with you Ben. Santis has the same bad face as the shadow knights. That's put confusion, but confusion is always a good reason to create your own story. :D Maybe Santis is a spy of the shadow knights... Just say to your brother that the line between good and bad is not so clear...In real life...

About the subject, I'm not agree that 1974 is the worste set before 1990. It's one of the nicier, but it's not very solid. That the weak point. Many people think that 6016 is the worst. This is a great minifig. She is unique. She is alone too, as the pirate girl. I'd like to see more girl in Lego sets.
