CCCV Entry: Sapper's Guild

Post by Aliencat »

This Sapper's Guild is a place where sappers meet, and where old tunnelers teach the new generation the ways of thier trade.

Nice idea and great MOC to boot. When I think of this MOC, however, I wonder how a Knight or Lord of a Castle would think of a guild whose trade can hurt their expensive castles. I would think they would be a little more secretive about their abode(big pick axe on wall).
That being said I like this a lot. Great job!

Very nice Tudor construction. I like the use of the log pieces; they add a nice texture to the creation. Keep up the good work!

Very nice. I like the design, and the concept. My only compaint is that the door is higher than the ground. They have to jump up to get in. :o Anyhow, good luck! :)

Thanks guys :) It's quite small but I'm happy about the way it turned out :)

I was thinking more along the lines of these sappers being in service of the knight or lord of the castle, because they are a good asset in any siege :)
The big pickaxe is from a fabuland set my sister had when we were kids, it actually came in handy here as a symbol, because the pick is longer than a minifig is tall :P

The concept is just brilliant and the building isn't bad either! Cheers for making me smile!

Fair enough. The Knight or Lord better make sure these guys are well paid.
