I was checking out S@H and bricklinkand noticed that there are two diff torso's for harley. I made a decal from this image I used the image from the far right, but bricklink has this image plus this one looks like it was printed wrong, the white lines on the side seem to be covered by the black and the black has been reversed. So I am curious if there are two torso's or if the one from S@H was a pre-production sample.

The whole Harley minifig thing can be a bit confusing, but I'll try to explain it. First off, Harley has printing on both the front and back of her torso. The front includes several white lines to denote a curvy waist and breasts. The back includes the waist lines, no breasts of course.
Now the S@H Harley is printed correctly, but is assembled incorrectly. The arms were put on backwards so that the back of her torso is facing front. AFAIK this figure is only in the pre-production image and has never made it into a set.
The Bricklink Harley is the one that actually comes with the set. It is assembled correctly, but printed incorrectly. Evidently, they printed the curvy white lines first and the black parts after, so that half the white lines are covered. Thus Harley has only half her waist lines and only one breast!
HTH.

That does make sense and thank you for the clarification. So here are my two versions of her torso:
