I... what?
I mean first off, if the face decals you want are supposed to be based off of those faces from the youtube screencaps, you could at least crop the screencaps so just the face is showing.
But considering those faces aren't particularly expressive I'm not sure why you'd want decals of them anyway...

Hmm... I have to agree here - you'll need to get a better shot of the face you want if you want someone to be able to make something that fits your requirements.
