Castle Flergon
Re: Castle Flergon
I like it but suggest you use dark gray 1x2 in stead of 1x6 to get the scatted brick look. The knights bed room is vary cool to.

Very nice job, and welcome to CC! On top of that, your castle doesn't suffer from GWS. (Grey Wall Syndrome). Mine do, unfortunately...Anyways, nice job, and keep up the good work!

good moc,the windows and nice. The only thing I could suggest is you might want to work on the landscape add some more plants(if you have any,I never have enough ) or some green plates. Here is a guide on landscapes

Thanks for the comments everyone! And yes, I know the landscape isnt the best, but I received many plants, pity that was after it was torn down!Ecar wrote:good moc,the windows and nice. Re: Castle Flergon
It's a good start to your castle building career! I like that you put a lot of thought into making the floors come off and I will echo the sentiment about the 1x6 dark grey; they seem to make too large of a patch in some places and create odd stripes in others. This is usually a result of what a builder actually has to use in their collection but it's and aesthetic to keep in mind.

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

Re: Castle Flergon
Thanks again for the comments everyone! Yes, I would have built it in 1X2's but there was nowhere near enough of them, so I did what I could. I am placing bricklink orders over the course of the next couple of months and should have a new castle someday!
