Am I already in Heaven?

Post by Buurli »

Hey guys!
As some of you know, I'm "active" in LCC (Loreos) and GoH (Mitgardia). With the time, it gets boring if I only build for these two projects, so here's something different :) :

More pictures you can find in my Flickr stream. Thanks for checking out .
Have a great day!

I really like how you set all the houses at an angled and the swamp and river are both excellent. Great texture on the path and houses. I also like how you did the rockwork with green plates here and there for grass. Superb composition :)

Very nice! I especially like the duck and cattails.

This is amazing! I always expect great builds from you. :D The pond is my favorite, too, and the river looks great. Excellent build.

I'm pretty impressed with this MOC. I like the shading on the water and the detail of the roofs is excellent. The foliage doesn't look too busy and the blockie-ness of the water fall somehow just works right. The wall details on both the wood and stone portions are eye catching. I highly recommend people take a look at the other photos so they can see the details better. The only thing I don't like is that 2 of the men seem to be wearing women's clothing :tasty:

Phenomenal job on the landscape details, layering and architecture! You really nailed the paradise-look. :)

Great job! Glad that you are able to build "for yourself" on occasion as well :)

Thanks a lot for this comment. To the men wearing women's clothing: I wanted to have some kind of special figures, so they couldn't be just standard forestmen.

Thank you! First, it should actually become an entry for Marks Castle Battle Contest, but then I decided to not add any Castle, trans red tiles on the ground, etc. and made it to peaceful village.

Thanks Jordan! As said above, I first wanted to build a war scene for Marks contest, but after I had most of the landscaping done, I decided to build it "for myself".

Wow :o that is very impressive! The way the houses are situated at angles and the over growth on them and all around the MOC is fantastic. The contrast from the clear blue stream and the green swampy pond is very well done as well and I think it really makes the MOC for me. :)
