I think he nailed it. I might have used a black "head" for the head of the Ringwraith, but that's the only change I'd make. Very nice job.

Awesome creation! Very well built fell beast; the pose is intimidating 
Also kind of reminds me of the original artwork for the Jabberwocky in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. Very cool.
