Also, just as a note, despite the Lenfald sigil in the Moc, that is only because this MOC takes place in Lenfald, Jacques does not identify himself with any of the three main factions, neither is he considered to be an outlaw. Taking sides would merely get in the way of his vision.

Meet Jacques De'Luxe, the legendary traveling stylist known far and wide across Roawia. Just who is responsible for the magnificent locks you see on such dashing heroes as Mark Of Falworth, or everyone's favorite werewolf, Wolfgang? Wolfgang and Associates Mousse (TM) will only take you so far without a skilled stylist to apply it properly! Jacques is a man of vision, and as he puts it:

Here he is seen, in his typical style waylaying travelers who may have run low on Mousse, have boring uninspired hair, or have no style whatsoever (part 1), and making them- FABULOUS! (part 2)
