Weekly Set Review: Knight's Procession
Ahh, now we're talking!
An AWESOME set! 10/10.
Forget the cart, they're just extra pieces, it's the figs that define this set. Without a doubt the best army builder set of all time.
I should know, I have seven!*
*However, I have to say, back in my (very) misguided youth I...er...uh...painted a number of these figs so as to make another army. Fortunately, I still have 30+ of these knights.

These minifigs are awesome indeed. Originally I was not interested in this set whatsoever, but now it has a definite appeal. I always try to accumulate as many of these torsos I can (either from eBay purchases or occasionally from bricklink). Even though this set was not officially a minifig pack, it was definitely close. The cart that came with this set is just made up of standard pieces so that doesn’t really have any great value, unlike the minifigs.
Overall a great set for collecting this hard-to-find minifigs.

Now days, this set is very expensive. Back in the day, when it was new, I would have bought tons of them if I was alive. This set is an AWESOME army builder, but the down fall is the lack of bricks. But of course, that can be made up by buying (in that time) the Yellow castle. The weapons could be replaced with some later swords, which go with them very well.

Wowsers. If only they'd make sets like this these days. Although I wonder how much they'd sell for? If this came out today and cost say $18 AU then I would still prefer Battle at the Pass as it offers nearly as good price per fig and has far more weapons. Still, I'd not pass this up if it was rereleased.

It's a cool set. I would have bought it back then. But now I don't have much use for the minifigs and parts, so I wouldn't invest money in one of these.

Ah the good old days, simple design yet effective input into your lego castle lands. What can you say about it realy, great minifigs, great design and the start of great minifig packs to come. 9/10 because it could have come with a few more weapons and a better cart.

Now this is a classic. Came out around the time I was born so sadly I never got it. A very nice way of boosting ones armies.

Re: Weekly Set Review: Knight's Procession
I don't remember ever getting this set but I do remember wanting it. I think, some memories from when I was 7-9 are a bit fuzzy for me. This one, because it allowed a kid to make an army, definately belongs on the wall of fame. It also reminds us what an awesome invention the LEGO wagon wheel really is!

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

Re: Weekly Set Review: Knight's Procession
Thanks for resurrecting this thread today so I could comment too. I love this set. I own it. The helmets are very easy to damage, the weapons easy to lose over the years; and it is rare to find a set in excellent condition anymore. As others have pointed out, the design is simple or non-existent. However, it is still very special for what it is. Right up there with 383 in my opinion. 10/10 -Ben

Re: Weekly Set Review: Knight's Procession
Probably my second favorite faction behind Black Falcons. Wish I had a few of these sets. As it is I have one lonely minifig, one shield, and no weapon in the matching light grey color.
