Virtual (or somewhat) display
Virtual (or somewhat) display
I was wondering if there were any way that any of you can think of that you could have a largescale display without actualy being there. Because I don't live near anywhere important.

Hey,
You can always find a place to display. For instance, you can ask at your school or local library. Perhaps there is a toy store you can display at. You might also find fellow LEGO fans to join in with you. Where are you, by the way?
As to virtual displays, why not set up a website or Brickshelf gallery? My site has >500000 hits, though I've only displayed a couple of things in person.

well, I happen to have just turned 13 in october so I couldn't drive their but if something (a display or event) could be arranged I could find a way of getting there...
There is that lego store in orlando at downtown disney, as long as there are enough people interested and it is during a school holiday. Who knows?

There is also the mail. I have mailed MOCs to Lenny to include in a group display and gotten them back safe and sound. It's not the same thing as actually attending the display, but it was cool to see my creations in among the mix.

Looking down at my gut, I'm afraid that laziness is the main reason I've resized over recent years.Glencaer wrote:- I'm too lazy to resize right now.
