They look like Irish or Scots. That's pretty cool. I'd recommend putting the skins in a different group and have the armored in another.

The shirtless would be better savages.

So, now I have finally gotten aorund to update these guys, the result is on the first page. Some credit goes to Sava and LEGOFREAK for templates that I have "borrowed" ;)

Much improved with the stickers! I also like the way the Viking helmet covers the Indian nose; I never liked that.

Again, the stickers would be nice.

Great idea to use those native American face and islander faces for Celts.
The idea never crossed my mind, but the result is very good.

Those are all great, and I love the decals. They do look very "LEGO." I think a lot of people tend to make their decals very realistic, but LEGO torsos are more cartoony. I personally like guys with shirts better, but that's just me.

I thought immediately of the Woads from King Arthur (2004) when I first saw these. The legs and torsos fit very nicely together as well. Very nice job.
