You certainly have been busy. Another great entry, with enough detail to add interest while still maintaining simplicity. Great work!

I feel I must point out something. No woodcutter would ever leave his axes outside his house. For one, they would be more likely to get stolen (not a likely thing to happen considering his location, but still) but more importantly, to protect them from moister. Just thought I should say this. Other than that it looks good. It has a simple, use-whats-at-hand feel. The stumps add a nice touch.

No he didn't. Plant tree stump 6x6 in old brown was found in four sets in the western theme (wow, I didn't realize those were that scarce).

Um, yes. Hence the links I provided showing what LEGO sets this is in. I own a Rapid River Village, a Chief's Teepee, and a Rain Dance Ridge and I can assure you that this stump was indeed in each of those sets.

No, they're real Lego parts, like Bruce explained.

As you should for this contest, and you used them nicely :) it's great seeing these entries even when the "submit an entry" page is still broken, now we don't have to wait to see what CCCV has inspired people to build.
Between plotting to kill you all and chasing balls of yarn, I also build MOCs

Very cool woodcutter's hack Steve. Good to see you are still posting quality MOCs.
After a long absence, I have returned. I can't wait to start building again.

Love the shack... it lives up to its name. Would like to see a lumberjack with the new dwarf beards, though.

LEGOS????? AHHH!!!!!

BTW, I suggest looking up BrickLink or Peeron, they have a useful list/catalog of parts you can look at to know your LEGO pieces.

And Athos, awesome work on the woodcutter love shack.
