Pirates on lego.com?
So I checked S@H and saw a place for pirates in the themes section. Linky However, it was blank and when you click on it this is what you get Linky. I am guessing that they will be there very soon .
EDIT: Hmm that's strange it seems to have disappeared .
DOUBLE EDIT: Ok well it's back I have no idea what's going on .

I bet they will have Pirates up today. TRU started selling them 15 days ago, so it seems to make sense.

Sets are up now, but no Shipwreck Hideout or Imperial Fort.

I had read somehwere that Pirates and perhaps several other sets would start selling on the 2nd. I noticed the link last night as well, and figured it must be true. Looks like for the most part it was!!!

To be honest I don't think they can make much more for that theme, if anything at all. They've covered the important cars and characters, what else can they make? They may be pushing it to sell these ones out and discontinue the line.timber_wolf899 wrote:Along with pirates beign added, i noticed speed racer has been moved 'up' right after pirates and before castle.
Please tell me lego is not trying to push this idiotic theme?
Unless they want to make remakes of all these cars again...

Anyone know if Target has them? I looked online and they don't. I hope the stores have them.

I'm not sure about target but Toy's R Us is having a buy one get one half off sale on all Lego's, minus star wars I think. So I got the ship plus the Imperial Fort set for half off, pretty nice deal if you ask me.Lewa Rocks wrote:Anyone know if Target has them? I looked online and they don't. I hope the stores have them.
Or if you buy online, TRU has the ship for $85, I'm not sure if that beats Lego's free shipping deal or not, but it's not bad.

Just a heads up about Target. They probably won't have the Pirate sets out until their next toy aisle reset, as they are most likely not on the current planograms. I wouldn't expect to get the 2009 sets at Target until the 27th-ish, unless they're placed on an endcap or you get them pulled from the back.
