Double Trouble

Post by Hippotam »

Few months ago I decided I will not build anything for CCC6, because of lack of time. But something haunted me all yesterday and tonight and I could not stop thinking about this image I had in my head. So here it is - a little vignette called Double Trouble:

Hope you like it, it cost me one sleepless night :-)

Very cool MOC you have there. The Wyrm is very well done and looks great, the colors particularly. The cave walls and rocky outcropping behind the topside dwarf is very good as well. The story taking place is also very clever. Out of the frying pan and into the fire eh! :D I hope they make it!

I agree, the wyrm is great! The below ground is clearly the star attraction for me. Up top it's a little barren and I'm not sure whether the lurking trolls add something or make it a little cheesy. There seem to be a lot of "sneaking up behind people" scenarios. The spelunking scene is so fresh and exciting on it's own! I love it!

The cave is particularly nicely done. This is a new definition of 'worm food'.

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

I love it! Very well done.
Nice detail how the rock changes color (above ground) when it is in and has been exposed to the weather and sunlight.
It is very action filled and elegant, with just the right amount of details.

This is wonderful - built very well, and also with a lot of character - this is the kind of MOC that makes one want to take a long, second and third look. Well done!

My favorite part has to be the wide, open jaws of teeth, very nice~
Knight Templar
