LCC - Loreos LC2: Stables of Salus

Post by Pedro Ivo »

Hi everyone!
This is my MOC for the Loreesi Settlement Building Challenge.

It's called the Stables of Salus.

For those who don't know, Loreos has a great desert and some grasslands. Salus is a great and heavy armed city, located in the east, next to Lenfald borders and the eastern sea. Loreos is known by it's Horse breeding and there are some great Stables around the cities. Salus is responsible for some of them. And we can see Neal Alistair passing by to check one of the new stables in Salus.

You can see more pics at my flickr, I don't want to make this topic heavy, so sorry for only 2 pics here!
C & C are very welcome! :)

I really like the outer wall of the stable and the tree... the inner part of the stable building with the single shield looks a bit plain... but all in all, a really nice MOC...

Nice mottling, especially on the rear of the stables. The tree is good too, with the angled braches.
You would rather be building right now.

The wooden fence is nice, but my favorite part is definitely the excellent texturing on the back of the stable.

I really like this, job well done, the walls and fences really stand out.
The only thing I would change is the red roof to black but thats just personal taste I guess.

Well done on the landscape and on the wooden palisade. Strikingly realistic. Great work!

Congratulations on winning the challenge! :D As others have said the back wall of the stable looks great, I like how you angled the building in the foreground. The livestock pen looks nice as well. Keep up the good work!

Thanks a lot everyone for the compliments! :D
I really tried to make a great design for the stables outer wall and I wanted to repeat it in the house but I run out of parts :/
