[GFX] Decals: shield, flag torso

I made some decals to restore some parts and minifigs.
Print with laser color on a good paper (90g), cut with exacto and stick with solvant free transparent glue.

Other fully redraw with scanner.

Lion / Crusader: torsos, flag, shield
Crossed axes: torsos
Black falcon: torsos, flag, shield
Dragon / Black monarch: flag, shield
Forestmen: torsos, shield
Wolfpack: torsos, flag, shield
Common:
Breast plate armor, chain mail armor,
Target round tile, Inn flag, Maiden (blue, green), blue and gray forestmen pattern...
