Well, it looks like I’m back from a very long dark age (perhaps at least 15 years). I’ve got the urge to possibly write a Children’s book with illustrations made up of custom Lego. Who knows if I’ll be able to accomplish this endeavor, but I’m hoping so because I very much hope to do this as charity for children in the children’s hospitals I work with for my job…
Sadly the site doesn’t appear to be very active anymore, but either way I’m happy to be back. It seems like a great time to restart my collection with the castle sets available through Lego. Speaking of which, does anyone know how much longer the lion knights castle will be available?.. anyway, very glad to be back- and I hope everyone is doing well! (P.s. I sent an e-mail to an admin because I was facing difficulties with logging in… I suppose you can ignore that email now)

Re: Hello!
Welcome back. There are some of us who are around. I don't' know which admin you emailed. But you are free to send me private messages if you need. I will get back to you.

Re: Hello!
Hahah I did not see this message before saying hello in my last response to you! Yes, it does appear there are some familiar names here and there. Glad to see it, and very happy to be back. I’m hoping to contribute, but in the meantime while I build a Lego collection from nothing, I’m looking forward to learning from the great builders here. I have a feeling I will need the time to soak in the knowledge.

I am happy to have people come back and start participating. I try to keep things active but times change. People's lives change.

Re: Hello!
Welcome back to CC! we are always happy to have people return. There have been a couple others this year.
I haven't heard of when the Lion Knight's castle being retired anytime soon, but If you can afford it, I would pick it up sooner rather than later. Assuming you haven't yet. It is a fantastic build!

Re: Hello!
Ah EK, another friendly face! Hello I am certainly glad to be back. A heartfelt thank you to Blue, EK, and all of the admins who have kept this beautiful site alive for all of the castle Lego fans. This is a very special place and I’m sure it has been no small feat to have spent the time and resources to keep these dreams alive for castle Lego fans from the past, present, and into the future!..
I do plan on buying multiple copies of the lion knights castle, it seems one of the best ways to begin rebuilding my collection, but doing so within budget will be the challenge. That is why I was curious if there was a time frame for it remaining in production, to get an idea of how long I had : )

Welcome back, always nice to see people posting
Heard the lion knights castle would retire late this year, but I don't know what are the actual sources for this information. If it's announced stuff or some leak side of things (that potentially cannot be talked here)... Either way I wouldn't wait for too long. Personally hoping to get it too if I can afford it, and might gamble with the chance of it going to discount before retiring. Did the same with the Eldorado fortress.... although in the end some employee of delivery service DPD stole it
