Do you display LEGO sets alongside your own creations? Do you even build LEGO sets, or just use them for parts? I only display LEGO models when I don't have something of my own for my shelf. The red boat really lends a lot of charm to this! I'm glad you didn't use a brown one.

I like the seige tower/tower set, and though I probably won't be getting it, the ship look nice as well.

To echo, Brasso and erasers work wonders; I've also had success with razors to cut the face gently off. Make sure it's sharp!

Thanks guys! Those batlord helmet tops are great, I'm working on a couple of Ming-era pikemen with the tops of those and the bottom of a bullet helm... Oh, and Emily, I cut the junk out of the top stud of the helmet so you could stick a single feather in there, and forgot to send the feather! A gree...
