A good shepherd looks after his flock. When one goat under his care decided to take a closer look at the sea, he was forces to risk his own life to save it. He doesn't look much amused.

Flying Falcons
After years of tedious tension, the grudges of the ancient Falcon clan and the rising Dragon clan culminated in armed conflict. The duke of Nest was going to show those pesky Dragonknights how things were done in the old days. He laid siege to one of their strongholds near the border. However, he found out, that the Dragonknights sure make high walls. After several failed attempts to storm the castle, he finally called in his special forces; the Flying Falcons. These veterans of many wars are going to make short work of this stronghold.
After the photoshoot, my son had a blast launching minifigs with the catapult. It works pretty well.

Seasons Greetings
The famous Merry Band of a spaceport far, far away, finally decided to try their luck somewhere else. Having settled in a cozy mediėval village, they made a decent living.
Trouble began when the Notsomerry Band showed up. These five performers never had a smile on their faces, nor a cheerfull song. Who can blame them, with such a manager.
Anyway, the Merry Band was not completely without intelligence. Having noted the extreme dislike for cold weather, they tried a new technique, to keep the Notsomerry Band out. Faking autumn by falling leaves, they scared the Notsomerry Band back to their home base, fearing that Winter is Coming.

Tannery
Usually located on the outskirts of town, the tannery was an important link in the medieval economy. Converting animal skins into usefull leather was a dirty job. To make the leather good to work with, it was soaked in urine and feces along with dyes. Hence the location.
For further reading: Wikipedia has an interesting article about the history of tanning.
