Colossal Castle Contest V: Last Minute Tips
CC Contest Team 30 XII 07
The Colossal Castle Contest V is nearly over.
Here are a few tips for everyone to keep in mind:
The contest ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time in the USA (which is 5 hours behind GMT) on December 31st, 2007.
Shortly thereafter the
Submit an Entry page will be taken down.
Admins will begin grading the entries.
We hope to finish grading and announce the winners by January 16th.
The grading time may have to be extended due to the number of entries.
Make sure to read the contest
rules
and follow them completely or your entry will be disqualified.
Common submission errors include: using images larger than 800x600 pixels,
having more than three images in your entry folder, and missing/broken links to photos and thumbnails.
We created a
list
of CC members and their entries that need to be fixed.
Once your errors are fixed, we will remove your name from the list and add your entry to a contest category page.
All errors must be fixed no later than Monday January 7th.
After this date they will be deleted from our database.
If you have any questions feel free to send a PM to Ben or Bruce.

Which sets stand up to our catapult of critique and which ones crumble in shame!
This week’s set is 6018 Battle Dragon.
Battle Dragon, released in 1990, is a small boat with a dragon bow for the Black Monarchs.
It has a rower, a crossbowman, and accessories.
This ship is the focus of controversy and speculation because the crossbowman has a yellow black falcon shield while the set name,
color scheme, and figures are related to the Black Monarchs.
The relationship between the Black Monarch and Black Falcon factions still is not clear.
