Flavius Belisarius
One of the greatest generals of the Byzantine Empire and one of the most acclaimed generals in history. Belisarius successfully battled the Sassanid Empire, the Vandals, and the Ostrogoths. He retook Rome for the first and only time, was also the only Byzantine general to be granted a Roman Triumph, and the last man to ever hold the Roman title of consul. He was literally the last great Roman.

Greyhammer
"Ser Bastion the Greyhammer had been spearheading the king's personal guard for a long time; and had been old for even longer. Yet he remained as sharp as ever, with the strength of a bull as required to swing the greathammer he carried - one which lesser men would have struggled to even lift" - Shields and Heraldry of Roseworthen Knights.

Samurai and spring Sakuras
It is Spring of 1550. Daimyo Takeda Shingen looks far into the horizon. It has been 8 years since the “Namban” Portuguese and Dutch traders set foot on Japan, opening a whole new knowledge about a world outside. Europe was slowly coming to the end of the Dark Ages, and on the cusp of the glorious Renaissance. The Daimyo could not forsee this; he was happy eating sweets and spices from the Dutch traders, but most of all, the Arquebus. These firearms that the Europeans brought could pierce any Japanese armour, Takeda had already asked his blacksmiths to make copies for his army. Hopefully these weapons could help turn the tide of the civil war and reunify Japan, pulling Japan out of her own medieval Dark Age. The warring Winter of the Sengoku period was almost over, and sakura blossoms seem to herald the blooming of Spring's peace.

The Spanish Inquisition
My entry to the Realistic Castle Figure category.
In the early years of the 16th century, to combat the rising tide of religious unorthodoxy, the Pope gave Cardinal Ximinez of Spain leave to move without let or hindrance throughout the land, in a reign of violence, terror and torture that makes a smashing film. This was the Spanish Inquisition...
Just when you least expect them...
"Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition! Our chief weapon is surprise... Surprise and fear... Fear and surprise... Our two weapons are fear and surprise... And ruthless efficiency.... Our three weapons are fear, surprise, and ruthless efficiency... And an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope... And nice red uniforms."

Village Garrison Archer
The villages and small towns of the Dannegardian kingdom all maintain a small garrison, as bandits and marauders are not an uncommon threat. These men would have no official uniform, but would be armed with basic swords, glaives, spears, bows, and crossbows, and occasionally the non-archer men would be armored with hardened leather jerkins, and other light protection. The photo above is of Robert Hawkens, a resident of the village of Dunharris, who has some skill with the bow. Most villages require weapons practice regularly.

WANDERING BLACKSMITH: Sir Blackfyre
Wandering Blacksmith: Sir Blackfyre
People say that his smithing skills are among one of the best in all of Rowia. Rumors tell that he is one of the fated that can re-forge or break legendary godlike weapons. He owns "Comet" the hammer...made from a black star that fell on ancient earth, a thousand moons ago. Sir Blackfyre's services are available given that you can track his feet for he spends most of his time wandering in random parts of Rowia. His tale perhaps will unravel in time but for this moment, he prefers to be known just as he is, a wandering blacksmith.
